Hello, we are James and Charole Hansen and we would like to thank you for your interest in our group. We typically go down during Thanksgiving break to build houses and give service to the wonderful people of La Gloria. A typical group consists mostly of families; however we love to have college students that are eager to serve and work hard. A trip costs $400/person. That money covers the cost of food and transportation and any leftover after that will go to building costs. If you would like to help and may not be able to take a trip to Mexico with us, we can always use donations to help with the construction costs. The homes we build are minimal compared to how we live here in the USA, but your donation will help to provide a home for someone who may not have one now. The services we provide are life-changing for those we serve, and the experiences of the volunteers and donors are just as life-changing.
