Chris and Angie Evans have been involved with Builders Without Border since 2006. In 2010 Chris & Angie started The Insurgentes Charter. This area includes South Eastern Tijuana, Ojo de Agua, Tecate and Ensenada. Service trips are during the Christmas break, typically from December 26 through January 2 or 3. There is a participation fee that covers transportation of materials, food while we are in Mexico, as well as contributes to the cost of building material. The fee is $400 per person.
